The Pathfinder Institute is not a coaching company. We are a think tank, a carefully curated mastermind group, and coaching is just one of our service lines. There are some people that do work for Pathfinder as partners or employees, but most coaches retain their own identity and brand, utilizing our branding as an additive validator. (“Certified Pathfinder Spheric™ or TradeCraft™ Coach”) Our goal is always to elevate and expand our partners’ business. Financially, we are structured in a far more lucrative and fair manner for our coaches than most wholesale coaching companies. There are also no special deals - Pathfinder always offers a level playing field for our team, and we are careful not to oversaturate any specialty. Pathfinder seeks out the very best coaches within the Real Estate space. If you believe you have a distinct message, relevant experience, and are generally a force to be reckoned with, we would love to talk to you.
Our TradeCraft™ and CareerCraft™ coaches have access to a massive proprietary set of coaching assets, unsurpassed support, and the opportunity to maintain your own brand if you are already working as a coach.
If you are deeply experienced and have over five hundred million dollars in personal production (or relevant alternate experience), you may be eligible to become a Pathfinder MasterCraft™ Coach, which puts you at the very pinnacle of the industry.
Spheric Coaching™
If you are an experienced coach already operating in a space other than real estate, we are seeking a few special individuals to partner in our Spheric™ Coaching program. We noticed that in many cases, a Realtor would be struggling with things outside the office and needed a different type of coaching. Example: an agent is going through a divorce and needs a life/relationship coach, not just a real estate coach. Here are some of the types we are looking for:

Spheric™ Coaches must complete our training program so that they are properly informed on the real estate industries and know how to integrate with the Pathfinder real estate team. They then have access to ongoing training on the real estate industry and to Pathfinder leadership so that they can offer a more thoughtful and effective program. The Pathfinder Spheric™ Coaching certification is free of charge to accepted coaches.
